Two years of stalking the streets as the Batman (Robert Pattinson), striking fear into the hearts of criminals, has led Bruce Wayne deep into the shadows of Gotham City. As the evidence begins to lead closer to home and the scale of the perpetrator’s plans becomes clear, Batman must forge new relationships, unmask the culprit, and bring justice to the abuse of power and corruption that has long plagued Gotham City.

This is the 28th installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and part of Phase 4. It's the fourth entry in Thor's solo film series, making this the longest-running standalone sub-franchise in the MCU to date. Taika Waititi was reported as director in July 2019, just days before Marvel officially announced the film during San Diego Comic-Con 2019.

In addition to Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson reprising their roles from the hit Thor: Ragnarok, Natalie Portman is returning to play Lady Thor.

Uncharted (2022)

A cinematic adaptation of the popular video game series in which a treasure hunter named Nathan Drake searches for modern day relics. Uncharted is a prequel to the video games it takes its inspiration from, providing backstory into Nathan Drake and how he crossed paths with Victor "Sully" Sullivan, who becomes a friend and mentor.

Uncharted was in the development stage for several years, with Mark Wahlberg once attached to the role of the lead character before Tom Holland was cast. The film also faced a few release date delays, initially due to scheduling conflicts and, later, the global pandemic.

This is the sequel to 2018's Black Panther, which is one of the biggest installments in the history of the MCU. The original Black Panther movie cemented T'Challa's place as one of the faces of the franchise, but Chadwick Boseman's untimely and tragic death changed the direction of the film, which will continue to explore the existing characters and the subcultures existing in Wakanda.
